Refund policy

Our policy is valid within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products. If you receive your order, and you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. As soon as you receive the products, you have 14 days to ask for a refund. After that period, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

We will refund all payments if the goods received are defective or misdescribed.

Even if we are still so careful, sometimes something can go wrong. So, check if the courier is still there to ensure that the package is intact. You should refuse to accept the package if the package is damaged . Then talk with us immediately so you can order a replacement. If you have already received the package and found damage, please also contact us.

You can return goods as packages at your risk. Please ensure to package the goods appropriately and be sure that it is well protected. You should use the original packaging including all protective material.

To ensure quick processing, please contact us in advance. For fast processing it is very important to send us photos to document the damage.

Refund criterias

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund. The Product:

  • is defective (the artwork is not printed correctly or the frame is chipped or ruined)
  • is not as described (the artwork subject is different from the one in the order)
  • must not be damaged (by you or someone else)

To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Costs of returning products

We will bear the costs for returning goods if:

  • The goods are faulty or misdescribed
  • A delay of at least 30 days in delivery due to events outside of our control

Out of Stock products

If the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable, we will contact you. If possible, we will give an updated approximate delivery date. In the event that the order’s products are not available to shipment within 14 days, we will refund the full amount.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must talk with us first. After that, returns can be mailed to the address we will share with you.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged much more than checked before the shipment, then we may reject a refund.
